Please try and maintain a distance of 2 meters from other patients and staff when in the clinic
Every object that comes in contact with the public will be sanitized after each use. Feel a peace of mind knowing we will be monitoring this diligently

Have you had unprotected close contact with individuals who have a confirmed or presumptive diagnosis of COVID-19?

Have you been directed by Alberta Health Services or the Canadian Border Services Agency to quarantine?
Answering YES to any of the above questions indicates that an individual is symptomatic of COVID-19, or may have been exposed to COVID-19.
Please call HealthLink (811) or refer to the AHS isolation requirements that can be found below:
Please note that the protocols we continue to have set in place do not vary based on an individuals vaccination status. All patients and staff are asked to adhere to the above protocols. A patient will never be required to disclose their vaccination status for any reason.
If you prefer to call before entering the clinic, we will be able to inform you if your treatment room is ready while decreasing the amount of people in the waiting area. Please call: 403-625-2130
Please use discretion when entering the building and wait outside if you are unable to maintain 2 meters from others within the clinic
The Rehab Bay is considered a treatment room. Please sanitize upon entry to the Rehab Bay as well as after your session is complete
Please do not use equipment in the Rehab Bay that your provider does not instruct you to use. This is to help keep you safe while also allowing us to monitor sanitization protocols
