Important COVID-19 Information

Hand Hygeine

Upon entry to the building and again upon entry to your treatment room, please sanitize your hands. Your provider will also be sanitizing frequently

Physical Distancing

Please try and maintain a distance of 2 meters from other patients and staff when in the clinic

Room Sanitization

Every object that comes in contact with the public will be sanitized after each use. Feel a peace of mind knowing we will be monitoring this diligently 

Wellness Screening: Please rebook your appointment accordingly if any of the following apply to you. 

Sneezing

Do you have any current symptoms of
COVID-19?

a. A fever

b. A new or changed chronic cough
c. A sore throat that is not related to a known or pre-existing condition
d. A runny nose that is not related to a known or pre-existing condition
e. Nasal congestion that is not related to a known or pre-existing condition
f. Shortness of breath that is not related to a known or pre-existing condition

g. A recent loss of sense of smell or taste

Have you had unprotected close contact with individuals who have a confirmed or presumptive diagnosis of COVID-19?

(e.g. individuals exposed without appropriate PPE in use). If you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive or if you have symptoms of COVID-19  please call HealthLink (811) and reschedule your appointment.

Have you been directed by Alberta Health Services or the Canadian Border Services Agency to quarantine?

Answering YES to any of the above questions indicates that an individual is symptomatic of COVID-19, or may have been exposed to COVID-19.

Please note that the protocols we continue to have set in place do not vary based on an individuals vaccination status. All patients and staff are asked to adhere to the above protocols. A patient will never be required to disclose their vaccination status for any reason. 

Additional Information 

If you prefer to call before entering the clinic, we will be able to inform you if your treatment room is ready while decreasing the amount of people in the waiting area. Please call: 403-625-2130

Please use discretion when entering the building and wait outside if you are unable to maintain 2 meters from others within the clinic 

The Rehab Bay is considered a treatment room. Please sanitize upon entry to the Rehab Bay as well as after your session is complete

Please do not use equipment in the Rehab Bay that your provider does not instruct you to use. This is to help keep you safe while also allowing us to monitor sanitization protocols
